Signed client agreements
Coach Ledger stores the exact agreement text, client name, verified agreement link, typed signature, status, and signing time. The library now includes a hybrid coaching agreement and liability waiver, thermography consent and waiver, postural neurology and movement education consent, Fullscript/lab/supplement/AI disclosure, and other service-specific agreements.
A service agreement does not authorize public use of a client image or testimonial. That requires a separate optional release.

No waiver can guarantee that a claim will never be filed or waive gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, fraud, non-waivable rights, or other liability the law does not allow a person to waive. Qualified legal and security review is still required.
