Cancellation, renewal and data export
Member-friendly operating policy. Final refund, notice and retention language should receive legal review before public sales begin.
Trial and renewal
Standard Edition begins with a 14-day trial and then renews at the selected monthly or annual interval unless canceled before the charge. Graduate Edition includes one year with the certification course and then offers alumni renewal at the stated graduate rate.
Canceling
Members may request cancellation before the next renewal by contacting support from the membership email. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period unless security, fraud or unlawful use requires earlier suspension.
Data export
Before access ends, members should download their encrypted workspace backup and verify that it opens. Coach Ledger should provide a reasonable export window and must not use cancellation to hold member data hostage.
Deletion and retention
A deletion request starts a secure review; it does not immediately erase records. Retention may be required for billing, security, dispute prevention or applicable law. Members remain responsible for their own professional record-retention duties and protected copies.
