Software license and acceptable use
Plain-language working terms. These terms should receive independent legal review before public sales begin.
License
An active membership provides one coach or authorized practice member a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Coach Ledger for lawful coaching-practice administration. It does not transfer ownership of the software, brand, templates or educational materials.
Professional responsibility
Members must work within their credentials, applicable laws and professional scope. Coach Ledger is coaching software, not an electronic health record, medical device, diagnostic service or substitute for qualified legal, tax, privacy, security or clinical advice.
Session recording and records
Coaching sessions may not be audio- or video-recorded by the coach, the client or another participant. After each session, only the minimum information needed for continuity and preparation for the next coaching session should be documented. Notes should be limited to client-selected goals, agreed actions, strengths, referrals and follow-up items and should not contain unnecessary personal or clinical details.
Fullscript disclosure
A coach may receive compensation when a client purchases through the coach's Fullscript dispensary. Supplement purchases and use are optional and are never required for coaching. Clients may decline, purchase elsewhere and discuss supplement safety with an appropriately qualified licensed clinician or pharmacist. Fullscript is a separate third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Protected materials
Standard Edition excludes Elevated Wellness Me course lessons, study cards, quizzes, answer keys, certification materials, proprietary teaching methods and graduate-only resources. Members may not copy, resell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer or share restricted materials or account access.
Account use
Members must protect sign-in codes and private links, use accurate account information, obtain appropriate client consent, enter only necessary information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, replaced or retired to protect security, reliability and lawful operation. Material plan or price changes will be communicated before they take effect for an active renewal.
